The Principal of the College is expected to build, lead and inspire the middle management team and staff among other duties. The Principal is expected to nurture and develop strong relationships with and among faculty, staff and management. The Principal plays a key role in policy making of the organisation in-line with the vision and mission of the organisation and ensure these policies are strictly adhered to by the staff and students so they share the same values as the organisation. He/she is expected to innovate new ideas to help getting students engaged in multiple areas and encourage them to have open discussions with staff and management that would help them build strong interpersonal skills.

Qualification: Candidate should possess a Post Graduate Degree in Economics, Commerce or Mathematics from a recognised university/college. A Ph.D degree is preferable.
Age Group: 35 – 45 years
Experience Level: A minimum of 15 years of teaching experience and a minimum of 5 years playing key role as an educationist
Key skills: Should possess excellent teaching and mentoring abilities, strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. Should be a good team player and be able to lead the faculty and staff.
