Communication process leads to influencing our outlook to events and happenings around us .Our character, our concerns and our aspirations are in some way or the other affected by the quality of interaction with others. That is why the quality of interaction between adolescent and parent at home, with teacher at college plays an important role in shaping up the personality of the child.
The reason is because children today especially adolescents are struggling to have meaningful discussion. We tend to forget that social interactions relies on reciprocal relationship between two or more individuals whose behaviour is mutually dependant. Our actions and outlook is influenced by the communication process and the quality of interaction has an influence on our behaviour and personality
It means “HAVING MEANINGFUL CONVERSATIONS WITH ADOLESCENTS” and you will notice the difference.
